Cancellation & No-Show Policy – Watson Pros Auto Detailing
At Watson Pros, we value our customers and strive to provide exceptional auto detailing services. To ensure efficiency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation and no-show policy:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
No-Call, No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-call, no-show), or we are unable to reach you within 30 minutes of the appointment time, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

No-call, no-shows for prepaid services will result in a retention of 25% of the service cost, with the remaining balance available as a credit for future appointments.
Late Arrivals

If a customer arrives more than 30 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule their service based on availability. In some cases, a late arrival may be treated as a no-show.
